Apply Your Thinking:

1. According to Jane Doe, what is the bigger picture in this case?

2. How should police have handled this situation?

3. Apply the theory of contributory negligence to this case. Is there any on the
part of Jane Doe, from what you have read? Explain your answer.

4. The Balcony Rapist, Paul Callow is a free man after serving his 20 year
sentence. He lives in BC and has broken probation once for leaving BC to
cross the border without the permission of his parole officer. He was denied
entry into Langley College in BC for film studies due to his past. Do you agree
with this? Explain.
