Info-tech 9 April 4, 2018
Good
Morning Info-tech 9. I am away today due
to illness. I hope very much that you all had a wonderful and relaxing
break. Below you will find a list of instructions for what you should all be
working on today. I want you all to realize that your work is due by Wednesday, April 11. That is next week
and only gives you four classes. If your
work is not done. It will be registered as a 0. So please be sure to finish
these projects. I also want to have us play around with the spirobots next class. So please use this
time today constructively.
Katelyn and Betsey and Eli: you are working on a short film on
Bullying. You may use the hallway in front of the class but no wandering. You can also do a few
still scenes with Betsey talking on the phone to her friend. And then you will
need the scene where it has gone too far. If one of you is away then you can
create a trailer on iMovie either about their movie or one you make up. Due
date: Wednesday April 11. You should
send your clips via gmail accounts to the computers in the class and upload
their films to edit in iMovie.
Group two: Jaiya, Anthony and Joe.
You three need to finish your film asap.
You should now be editing clips and putting the movie together. One can work on finding the right sound
effects, while another could look for the right fading effects and the other
working on putting the film together. If you need more scenes schedule them
with the other group. Yes, you can grab iPads from the library if you need –
please inform the sub first.
Ash: you should be working on your last poster in Adobe.
If you need help getting started ask Amaya for help.
Amaya: you are working on a movie trailer. Please
help Ash if she needs help getting started on Adobe.
Rik: First redo your link to your scratch game - it does not work. Please check it first. You are working on creating a music list. Check
the blog for the criteria of the mini passion music and movie trailer. Ask
either Eli or Amaya if you are struggling with the music program
Findley: you are working on a movie trailer of your own.
Very important – PUBLISH YOUR Weebly so that I can mark it. Please post both your GIF and your link to your animation on scratch.
Andrew: First please post your link to your Scratch game on your weebly assignment page. And post your GIF there as well. I have
posted how to make a Frogger game under the Infotech 10/11/12. I think you will
really enjoy making this game. Follow the instructions. They are clear, short
and easy to follow. Good luck.
Joshua: You will have to get your Weebly up and
running. Ask the sub to give you your password. You can work on your biography
and 5 things that are unique about you.
This Weebly must be set up before you can start a project. If you cannot
figure out how to get on the Weebly. Please do these things on a word doc and
we can copy and paste them next class.
Please have this done by the end of today. It will only take a few sentences.
Have a nice
day and I will see you all Friday……hopefully!
