Today we discussed how events can change a country. We looked at some
of the most thought provoking images that have captured some of the
most powerful moments in Canadian history and we discussed how many of
these images evoke different reactions from different viewers. We then
worked on a group task. Each of the groups were given four photos to
identify and explain their significance to Canadian history and you
were asked how these photos represent our nation. Next class you will be asked to speculate what stories were not taken into account. And finally you will
present the information next class. Looking forward to hearing your
