Today we will work to create an Assignment Page in our Weebly.

1. Create the page
2. Include your assignment:  Title: My Picture Story

First, you can either choose to use only 1 image and add a post that explains the story behind the picture

OR·         Alternatively, you can choose a minimum of five (5) images/pictures that you can place in sequence to tell a story.  If you choose this option, there could be no writing in this post other than your own original picture story title and an attribution underneath each photo.

3.  Create another text box: and  call it short cuts:  Copy and paste the following shortcuts:

CTRL+A: Select All
CTRL+S: Save
CTRL+F: Find
CTRL+Z: Undo
CTRL+Y: Redo
CTRL+C: Copy
CTRL+X: Cut
CTRL+V: Paste
CTRL+P: Print
CTRL+O: Open File
CTRL+W: Close Window
CTRL+B: Bold
CTRL+U: Underline
CTRL+G: Go to
CTRL+T: Open New Tab
CTRL+N: New Window
CTRL+H: Replace/History
ALT+Tab/Windows Button: Change Windows
ALT+f4: Close Window

4. Add a button for the typing program and practice for 10 minutes:

copy and paste the link into your button and Name your button Typing.com 


 5. The last box you will add is your GIF. here are the instructions and some student GIF from previous years.  Good Luck and have fun with these!!!


You will be creating a gif using a series of pictures. It is fairly simple procedure and thus allows a lot of room for creativity. I hope you all have fun creating this. 

What you need to do
1. Take a series of pictures using the ipads or your cellphone (one shot after another to create movement).
2. Upload the pictures onto your computer either by email or by connecting the ipad to a usb port to upload them onto the computer
3. Go to imigflip here to create your own Gif.
4. Once you have uploaded them to imiflip play around with the speed and size. Also feel free to add text.
5. Click "Generate Gif" (Blue Button).
6. Email "image link" to me and post on your blog.

Remember you can play with the speed etc. Take your time with this and get creative.
